They are also added to stop large crystal formations from forming when the products are taken in and out of the freezer.. - Side note its mostly the Water in the Ice part of the Ice cream that melts so quickly, not the fat from the dairy.
also for the ear thing, that instrument looks like a EWI (electric wind instrument) and is simply a wind powered MIDI controller, so i would imagine its most likely modified in some way where nothing is coming out of his ears at all

I started ballet at around age 3, and stopped about.. i think 2021, so about 12 years I was doing ballet. I had to stop because my class was mainly on pointe, and my toes were in so much pain because of it
