番茄炒椰菜花
材料:1個椰菜花,2個番茄,薑片數件
番茄炒椰菜花料理步驟:
1.洗淨後椰菜花切開,用鹽水浸30分鐘。
2.1個番茄切角,1個切碎,薑片數件。
3.下鹽把椰菜花氽水。
4.爆香薑片,下番茄碎略炒,再入椰菜花炒均,加半碗水灼至八成熟。
5.再加入番茄同炒,加入1茶匙糖,鹽,焗片刻。
6.最後加入番茄醬炒混,埋薄芡即成。

Sautéed Cauliflower with Tomatoes
Ingredients: 1 cauliflower, 2 tomatoes, several pieces of ginger slices
Cooking steps:
1. Wash and cut the cauliflower and soak them in salt water for 30 minutes.
2. Cut 1 tomato into quarters, chop 1 into pieces, and slice a few pieces of ginger.
3. Add salt to boil the cauliflower.
4. Saute ginger slices until fragrant, add chopped tomatoes and stir-fry briefly, then add cauliflower and stir-fry evenly, add half a bowl of water and simmer until cooked.
5. Add tomatoes and stir-fry, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt, and bake for a while.
6. Finally add tomato sauce, stir-fry and mix, bury in thin gravy and serve.
