Our ESP design will incorporate CFD for even distribution of gas inside ESP to ensure the complete utilization of collecting area Spiral/Rigid Electrodes with Tumbling Rapping System We offer Spiral/Rigid Emitting Electrodes to ensure the proper Corona generation inside the ESP for better collection efficiency. Individual Collecting electrodes are suspended from top to form a curtain. This also ensures that the Collecting system is not bulky and thus ensures good rapping characteristics.

In this video I can conclude that,
ESP electrostatic precipitator adalah peralatan pencemaran udara yang sangat canggih yang bekerja berdasarkan prinsip presipitasi elektrostatik yang dapat menagkap debu dengan efisiensi yang sangat tinggi yaitu lebih dari 99,9% dan dapat mencapai emisi serta pada tingkatan yang kurang dari 10 mg per Nm³ itu memiliki penurunan tekanan yang sangat rendah, dan memiliki kurang dari 20 mm WC pada prinsip kolom air ESP ketika gas membuang debu.
Prinsip dari ESP yang terjadi pada gas buang dengan partikel debu yang dimana partikel telah melewati tegangan tinggi dari medan eectrostatik kemudian elektron dilepaskan pada arus dengan tegangan tinggi yang dilewatkan melalui anoda tersebut, kebocoran yang terjadi pada arus anoda sisebut elektron yang mengisi partikel debu negatif setekah itu partikel yang bermuatan negatif menempel pada katoda, proses ini disebut pengumpulan gas buang yang bersamaan dengan partikel tersuspensi yang masuk ESP melalui CFD dan dioptimalkan oleh splitter dan layar Gd secara merata setelah itu gas buang di seluruh ESP elektroda pemancar masuk, pusat aliran gas dipertahankan pada tegangan tinggi dari partikel- partikel yang terperangkap diberi muatan listrik ketika mereka melewati listrik bertegangan tinggi pada medan ini memaksa partikel bermuatan berimgrasi menuju elektroda pengumpul partikel yang sudah terkumpul, kemudian lepas dari elektroda ke hopper dengan cara membungkus hopper dengan dievakuaisi terus menerus melalui sistem penanganan debu
