Online shrink labelling machine which is a shrink tunnel with ss slat chain conveyor is useful for shrinking the shrink labels bottles, jars which are coming from filling/capping machine, as it can be integrated in line with other machinery & no need of lifting & placing bottle in tunnel like we do in conventional small scale shrink tunnels, bottles travel vertically so no need to feed bottle manually, only operator need to fed shrink sleeve on bottles before they enter the tunnel, we also have auto shrink sleeve applicator to feed shrink sleeves at high speed if required
Tru mark shrink tunnel are designed to give highest shrinkage ratio to avoid wrinkles , bubbles etc on label after shrinking. evenly distributed heat gives perfect shrinkage finish, machine can be custom design with one or multiple tunnels or rotary bottle rotation mechanism for odd shape container which need higher shrinkage ratio.
