I think you should give the car people the original mark still. He was definitely trying to make you change your mind. At the end of the day the actual service and keeping your neighbour waiting still happened. He will probably get less on his bonus. ❤❤❤🎉

I would need you to sort mine 🤣 I have all my left over special shaped drills all mixed together in a lot of small plastic bags and they lying everywhere throughout the house! 🤣 I dread sorting them out will take me an eternity to sort! 😅 I would still keep the original 1 on the survey, he only looking you to change your score, at end of day service wasn't good. Try just putting the smaller bags into a bigger bag , having a bigger bag for each colour . Would make them a little easier to find . A big job , but not a HUGE job lol 😂 . If only the salesman hadn’t mentioned the survey he would have got a higher score 💎💕❄️💎💕❄️
hello liz the dog barking is trying to get millies attention lol it sounds to me like they just care about point scoring for example if your a online shop on tik tok they get scored on points so every seller is not wanting negative reviewes etc and will try to get customer to overturn it plus u dont know if you actually got this sent to the head office etc also liz dont forget to send my snowman gems you promised on your group coudnt belive this video was 2 hours long i had to reload it as thought is this correct unlike you to do 2 hours liz lol but enjoyed a lovley coffe whilsit kitting up along with you

Seems to me if they can no longer meet your needs it is time to find another dealer that can. Just my opinion and I am told that I can be very hard on people who disappoint and don’t keep their word. Customer service is #1 with me and it seems their service is lacking.
