Great song. Strong vocals, Lyrics and pickin'. The previous Steve Holy song you reacted to Ron, reminded me of Ronnie McDowell. This stylistically sounded very much like Steve Wariner. Two pretty amazing voices there in any case.

I really liked this song - Steve's voice is perfect for it, your picking is excellent, and mix really works. I'd be far more generous on a rating, from a pure enjoyment perspective I'd give it 9.5. Wow man, you absolutely nailed this one. Really lovely sounding song. Beautiful guitar and a lovely vocal from Steve. But it was frustrating that an intriguing start lyrically was never fulfilled. As a songwriter and producer myself I often work with young artists who are in the early stages of their songwriting and they bring me lovely song ideas but their songs are clearly unfinished in terms of following through on the promise of the big idea, and I often have to get involved to make their ideas become a finished song.
I feel this is exactly what we have here. Well done Sir for spotting this. Did the guitar player write this? I'd love to hear this song again when it's finished.
