Well I played this my first year of high school and we didn't nearly sound as good as these guys XD Well obviously, the movie version was boss! But this is a pretty good band. Especially since it''s a medium-advanced piece.
@guitarman18o Lol buddy. Tri toms. Har. We take a keyboard with a timp setting, which is what we're doing for our trip to Chicago this year. They sound like poop, but hey, it beats not playing at all. But for the tri toms, I'd try tuning them low as they can go, still retaining the G-A-B-D sounds as much as possible, and play with enough dynamic that you're heard without destroying the skins. GOOD LUCK xD
Playing 3 tromebone for this piece is really weird, im not used to playing solo without my two friends on the side. Not to mention lining up with the tubas thats a little weird
Dumb question...Why are they all so spread apart? Wouldn't it be harder for the band members to hear each other correctly and stay in tempo with everyone?
