I think he should be able to like walk extremely slow and unable to catch up to the player unless the player has very bad Wi-Fi or is not paying attention, and also make him have like one eye which would also make him have a hard time noticing the player along with some rocks that can well you know make him fall so I can give the player enough time to escape, and if the player has a shotgun they can go for his eye,
