IIE does have more features but half the time it doesn't even open and even if it does, It runs way less smooth than RSR and these features that I talked about, the neon boxes, many of them don't work as they should namely the Egypt neon box, Kepler's Dream (Not the Flying one) neon box, Midnight Carnival back launchers, etc... RSR is way simpler and smoother to use, even if there's less obstacles and themes.

Not everyone knows Chinese. besides IIE has lag issues and the editor is unreadable.
