Haha Thanks for sharing! Your thoughts are similar to what big consulting firms would predict. But I hold a different view: I believe middle management wont be replaced easily as compared to senior management and entry level. Because they are cheaper than senior management and have more experience than entry level. Let’s see how the market would play out after 5-10 years! It will be an exiting era
@@NicoleBookClub 越來 組織扁平化 flattening reporting channel，好似我以前做銀行，我→team head →division head → MD → CEO，好多proposals已經直接係由我+ team head presented to group credit committee，bypass 個div head，中層階級其實已經可以bye bye 仲要人工係HKD1-2 m一年，CEO直接direct order 比我同team head 做regulatory report，liquidity report，sales and drawdown prediction，and annual budgeting。
