Flying foxes at Sydney Botanic Gardens

  • Grey-headed flying foxes are often seen in the Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney. Known as fruit bats, these mammals have the largest body size of all bats. Weighing up to 1 kg, their wings can span one metre or more. These megabats were filmed during a visit to the Botanic Gardens during late afternoon on 9 January 2012.

    I absolutely LOVE bats they are puppies with wings, they are adorable, they are loving to each other esopecially their babies, these are hard working mothers for sure VERY VERY loving
    they are paramount for a healthy forest and the GROWTH of more, absolutely utmost foremost important like big bees they are
