I personally really like Attack On Titan so you can start with it.I think it's binge-worthy so even though it might seem long to a new anime fan,once you start it,you won't stop wanting to keep watching.

From what I've seen I personally really like AOT and Evangelion (as I've seen like 2 seconds of it in one of the edits, it's fair game ig haha) But my one and absolute favorite is Mo Dao Zu Shi (Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation), which is actually a chinese animation, so it's called donghua - and it's actually based on the novel, from which The Untamed came as well :) I swear you've got to check it out. The animation itself, the music, the openings and endings - INSANE. Never've seen anything more gorgeous in my entire life.
I will not request since u react on the basis of vte when it comes to complications but just wanna say u have many viws who love dramas and anime it would be great if u able to reach atleast 1 vdo every week like u do for kpop. Thanks it would be fair for all types of fans :)
