    Hey nice video, can you send me Workouts that you do weekly in the off season? Like your workouts and schedule for every day of the week (workout schedule) i really want to make it to D1 and i wanted some workouts to do to get better, also i subscribed, thank you for your hard work

      Specifically like body weight or Dumbell workouts if possible

      Thats hard we do ALOT more than just dumbell stuff so if I were you, I would major in curls, dumbbell, bench, incline, dumbbell bench, and dumbbell, tricep triceps extensions in with a lot of reps and some eccentric reps. As for lower body with dumbbells, you would have to do a lot of squats, single leg Bulgarian with tons of wraps because that way it will not be a lot
