I had expected you would talk about Ramadan. The Islamic way of fasting means no food and no drinks, not even water from sunrise to sunset, and then usually binge eating in the evening/night. This is not healthy at all. And because all meals are shifted into the night, and also the morning prayers can be extremely early, deprivation of sleep only adds to the detrimental health impact. Side note: Obviously Islamic rules for fasting do not work in high latitudes. If one would drink no water from sunrise to sunset in Northern Scandinavia he/she would simply die within days when Ramadan coincides with the polar day. I had expected you would talk about Ramadan. The Islamic way of fasting means no food and no drinks, not even water from sunrise to sunset, and then usually binge eating in the evening/night. This is not healthy at all.
And because all meals are shifted into the night, and also the morning prayers can be extremely early, deprivation of sleep only adds to the detrimental health impact.
Side note: Obviously Islamic rules for fasting do not work in high latitudes. If one would drink no water from sunrise to sunset in Northern Scandinavia he/she would simply die within days when Ramadan coincides with the polar day. Seems Allah lacked profound understanding of astronomy and geography when he set the rules for Ramadan.
The binge eating part does not come from Islam, hence why I did not include it in this video.

Promotes weight loss, improves heart health, reduce risk of cancer, controls blood sugar levels, prevents neuro disorders , improves metabolism & more as proven by medical experts.

A simple search on Google reveals that listening to music can have positive effects on our mental well-being, such as boosting cognitive function, relieving anxiety and stress, and improving focus. There's a wide variety of music genres available, so if you're only listening to negative music, that's your choice. As for the concept of paradise I'd skip on the 72 virgins waiting for me and be happy with the family i got.
