I've been playing Deoxys VStar deck for a week now on Online and I've been really enjoying it. I've already heard people call it "worse Giratina", but I'll still continue honing the list and using Deoxys as it's one of my favorite legendaries of all time. I build my own list for the deck and I'm happy to see it's very similar to this one!
This is so different from what we played just a few months ago, with whimsicott and arceus dark and all that stuff, crazy how these decks run so very different, I love it
Lost Origin instills a very aggressive Metagame while its tournament legal due to how quickly you can skim through your deck. As long as you match well to a lost box deck or Lugia, you're fine.

I went to a GameStop today and the employees were talking about getting into Pokémon. I mentioned GLC to them and may have sparked their interest even more.
if ya ever play more with this deck, i would recommend putting more basic energy in place of capture energy. this deck has the advantage of having fog crystal to search out comfey and deoxys, your main draw and attacker. that with battle vip pass and straight drawing, i think you can still get your basics out pretty consistently and having the extra basic energy for your mirage gates without worrying so hard about the resource is a huge plus
maybe in the first game, after the opp attacked with giratina v (into greninja), you could have used cram + belt to finish it off and saved your rescources. could have just charged a deoxys and then roxanne doesnt matter.

Man I have built me a lost zone deck I had to build it slowly and I’ve been struggling with draw with it. The early game was so incredibly slow I literally got no cards in the lost zone the whole game, but of course I did face off someone who was basically running an Empoleon V centric deck their turn one had two empoleon Vs played. It was one of the ones from OmniPoke that someone had used and I’m kinda scared off from it now 😬 the Reshiram mirage gate one
Isn't Deoxys made for programmed programmed obsolescence? With the wording being "60 damage to one of your opponents V pokemon" and the upcomming EX comeback, even in unlimited/expanded, such a huge restriction
I really want to see some proper math on that first Colress... 4/54 cards were VIP pass... Trick already had a couple of cards in hand. Colress shows 5 cards... About as far as I get RN 🤣

Can someone explain how his deoxys one shot the dracozolt? I couldn’t find anything that would make him do that and I’m curious
Hope this isn’t to late of a response but when your opponent is out of Pokémon on their bench and when their Active Pokémon is KO’ed they lose
