It's totally normal to get sick after getting your flu shot, so no worries! You're not actually getting the flu, however you are getting an inactivated virus injected into you, so you're body actually steps up the immune response and kicks into gear. You'll start feeling sick because it's your body's normal response to an antigen. Okay that was a total lowdown on flu shots haha. It's just the nursing student in me. I actually came here to watch what's in your bag, so I'll get back to that and enough about flu shots 😊
