you can play stretch as long as u use OBS or streamlabs u can right click ur game captre or wtv and stretch to screen and it will be normall
and if ur using medal to clip it u can do the same thing

idk if u did this or not but u can just go on the whole video and transform it in the resolution that is filmed in so it doesn't bug like this, just before u do the cutting on the video, just search it on youtube should be preatty easy to do
