@@NikiLove01_02 Hello, you have to work on your abs the most and some leg, mostly thigh. I did some abs and legs work out, and I was able to do it. I used my dominant arm, which is my right, to push myself up first, and as soon as your bottom is up you will use your core and hip to push you up. It requires practice, and for me, I can't do it slowly, I have to do it fast to get myself up. I hope this help~

I watched BTS Idol by you (like a normal person... watch this tutorial and give up after the first seconds...) but your energy and the sometimes funny way to teach gave me the motivation to learn this dance... and yeah... it‘s difficult to teach me some dances (i‘m a motionless potato) but you made it 💕💕 And i‘m so sorry for any mistakes. English isn‘t my first language and i‘m really bad at it

you really. need a lot of strength to get up like that! don't worry about getting up gracefully like she did, bc unless you're a dancer or really strong, then it's pointless trying without getting hurt. just get up safely and use your other hand if you need!
