no i knew it was gonna happen bc so many events in that episodes foreshadowed the accident like when the sports cars kept on passing them while they were going to the playground and while nas was walking to the skip to apologize and hayley said she wanted a car like that i just knew something was gonna happen

I genuinely believe that Missy was the love of Naz's life. Not in a romantic way, obviously not but Missy was her soulmate. It broke my heart when she died

Love this show but season 3 was a real disappointment. Could have replaced the student-teacher storyline with something better. We had already basically had a teacher student thing in season 1. Destroyed Naveed and Corey’s relationship completely... :/ hope season 4 is a million times better.

@@Whoswho34 Nah it was recently renewed for a fourth series of 10 half hour episodes. Plenty of articles online about it! But apparently there are gonna be huge changes in cast and everything... :/
xiat ugh well originally season 3 was the finale, they should of left it to season 3. Now this is reminding me of the Terminator series, which ORIGINALLY terminator 2 is the real finale but noooo they continued it and that’s what ackley bridge is doing now making another season that won’t be relevant to the plot and just remaking it but with new cast and act like we gonna love them but we won’t.

I think it was a bold move to kill off Missy however definitely not a bad choice. Controversial definitely however i think this gave series 3 some real grit and felt heart moments and also some great character development for Naz and everyone around her.

i just started season 3 and this is going to have to be the season that does it for me to want to quit the show. they got rid of half their teachers they caused us to like, they got rid of missy, brought in a bunch of new unlikeable cast members. wtf were they thinking??? instead of bringing in new cast members, why not let the other cast members who have one line shine?

In my opinion this is a great show, however I would not like to see a season 4. When comparing this to Waterloo Road, whenever there was a new ‘era’ the characters and captivating storylines and good characters. I feel like Season 3 was nothing compared to 1 and 2. Missy dying was a huge loss to the series and it’s not the same, it’s not just that. I feel like it would’ve been right to end the show with Nasreen going to university.

Yusuf Ali Oh yeah, in my opinion definitely. Was trying to be diplomatic in saying that when the eras changed there isn’t as a connection with the newer characters, but I definitely think Waterloo road was better. Personally I may not watch Season 4 as I would like to just remember what I have watched and how good it was. I even watched Waterloo Road in lockdown. Still watch it to this day!

Season 3 was a bit disappointing. Half of the teachers were gone without explanation; Mr Bell wasn’t in it but his baby was born as it was a plot in the series, Mr Simpson was nowhere to be seen with no explanation and Miss Keane was only shown in Missy’s funeral. Also, Adam should’ve been at Missy’s funeral at least despite breaking up, but he was nowhere to be seen also.
There is an explanation I’m pretty sure the show never showed the funeral the part it showed was the send off usually it gets taken tot eh place and that where lots more ppl gather for the funeral. Mr Bell was suppose to b in season 3 of the show but had an accident involving a falling off a cliff in Thailand and he was in critical condition so he couldn’t play his role. As for the staff leaving it was bc of the trust fund in the end mandi had to let go of most her staff and they went to teach in different schools so yeah

I’m going to say it now sam is my favourite character. She brought this new storyline onto the scene about living with a family of criminal racists. Having a new lgbtqia+ outlook and storyline. It made it better. After season 3 it goes down hill. Season 2 is by far the best with season 3 close behind. If you have seen season 4 then you would know sam as a character had lost so much and would do anything to have her old life back. And that was a nice to see as a different outlook once again. I was so sad to see sam gone in season 5. Can also say megan parkinson’s who played sam was like 20 or something when she did and she did an amazing job.

Show is terrible after season 2 it’s not even missy because she was a mess of a character. It’s mr bell when he’s gone the show loses its male appeal because mr bell was the character that you root for and want to succeed. Also ms Keane was a massive loss.
