- Opening in select theaters and OnDemand this Friday is director Kyle Newman’s (Fanboys) Barely Lethal. The film stars Hailee Steinfeld as a teenage assassin who’s a master of lethal techniques, but doesn’t quite want to live the life of a killer. She decides to fake her death and try being a normal high school student, but she can’t escape her training or old foes. The movie also stars Samuel L. Jackson, Jessica Alba, Sophie Turner, Thomas Mann, Gabriel Basso, and Dove Cameron.
Earlier today I sat down with Hailee Steinfeld and Sophie Turner to talk about Barely Lethal. While I’ll be posting what they had to say about the movie soon, today I wanted to let you watch them play “Save or Kill.” If you haven’t seen it yet, the game reveals which franchises, characters or bands someone would choose when pitted against another of equal value. Han Solo or Indiana Jones - If you were told you could only save one and the other would be erased from existence, who would you pick? In today’s extended edition of the game, you can watch as they’re forced to choose.

Juan David woah woah. First of all, this comment pissed me off in a couple of different ways, and they didn't even have anything to do with Harry Potter (or Lord of the rings, for that matter). First, "Harry Potter is more pop, and girls like more pop stuff" couldn't help but feel you were a little sexist. I don't want to get all feminism up your butt, but as you and I both know, "pop" usually means more popular, mainstream, shallow, and easy to understand. Does that not sound like you were saying that girls are more shallow? Second, I didn't judge LOTR in anyway, because I haven't read nor seen them yet. I like to read the books before watching the movies, to determine what I really like about the franchise. But my friend bought me the Hobbit for my birthday, and I'm planning on reading after graduation (I'm Asian, grades matter very much apparently *eye roll*) then watching the movies, and THEN judging. But I don't need to read or watch them to know they are very popular...and you can't spell "popular" without "pop", can you now? Hate to break it to you, they're both big Hollywood blockbusters, they both have very precisely written scripts aiming towards "pop", and you can't compare them with how much "art" is put in to the movies. Sorry for the long comment, blah blah blah, it just bugs me when opinions are given with merely a scratch of the surface.

save DC Kill marvel. if I had to choose one. No way that marvel can a candle to dc. for example movies. DC heroes with great powers and when u have too many powerful heroes in one group are hard to portray compared to marvel. really think about it. a marvel movie is so easy to make compared to DC. its is a known fact that no one is willing to make a DC movie knowing that they will have a hard time making it a great movie. why do u think it has taken this long to make a DC movie. they just didn't have the technology.
