@ the APC exists in GTA 4 and the tanks in the old games were on wheels. Could have made it worked that way and just nixed the main gun for the APCs autocannon.

Gta 4's Rage engine is the most realistic and entertaining physics/game engine of all games.
Gta Vice City is a game that has a very important place in the GTA series.
The combination of these two is the most special thing ever.
