...captivating visceral reflexivity in dynamic interplay between this sensational artist and the texture of tone within her performance space - memory and transcendence of presence... . There is no more personal relationship between instrument and musician than for guitar and its repertoire - the power of the interpreter to reinvent and reveal new content in familiar compositions renders immortality to the repertoire. I love this woman's phrasing and her seeming joy and amusement in the compositions selected.
Molte grazie per il dono generosissimo di questo video. Bravissima Cristina! Auguri fervidi di buona vita e meravigliosi successi.Saluti garbati a tutti, Gaetano Calabrese, poeta errante dell'Irpinia (Italia)=19.7.'24, ore 14:40=.
This really is some fantastic playing. Excellent command of dynamics, tone color, and phrasing. On top of that, extremely accurate, clean shifts and great note articulation. Very impressive skills, indeed.
As usual , italian guitarists are very good but this young italian woman is particularly talented! What a wonderful technic and brillance in her guitar game! Bravissimo!! I didn't know her. She's very inspiring!
beautiful performance ... impressive music making .....uncommon and fantastic Paganini......will follow your progress as an young artist with great expectation
I hope she never stiffens, following the traditional path of most classical guitarists, if you know what I mean. I think of Tarrega, totally bad ass guy, not stiff at all. There’s no other artist I look forward to seeing in live performance, sadly no idea when she’ll be coming round to this part of the world, Tarrega’s territory. More videos of la Señorita Galietto please! There aren’t enough and her Scarlatti is marvelous, makes you laugh, she has deep emotional expression and a wonderful sense of humour. 💐❤💐
Go Cristina! - love you - trying really hard to save up money to see you at Kings Place London again. Hope you okay. Miss you and all you guys. Daniel X
Isn't Cristina Galietto the Jimi Hendrix of classic guitar ? They both have curly hair and can make their guitars sing, talk, and generally sound in very unusual ways.
If I were a hundred years younger, I'd arrange my life to accommodate yours; i.e. support (apoyar)your art--for you are your art--while getting on with mine--just so I could savor one and enjoy the other. . . . I mean, I'd offer you that, and hope you'd want to . . . with me. (Where the hell were you when I was young? :) )
Wonderful and masterful playing. A humble observation: contemporary players do not seem interested in leveraging the tonal palette the guitar has to offer. They play the guitar like a piano, their right hand acting like four hammers hitting the strings, rarely shifting positions. That is regrettable.
Brilliant. And so young.

Beautiful performance. Flawless. I am an amateur classical guitar player, I wonder how many hours such artists put in for practice!
