hey robbie i love your videos so much, you make every song so helpful!! your next video should be Your Place by Ashley Cooke the fingerstyle part. me and my dad love that song! keep up the good work!
If you could put the chords in the bio info below the video that would be amazing so I can read it without having to go back and reference the video. That’s
I believe on the piano this is (middle)C#m A E1stInv B1stInv in a descending pattern. I’ve also been playing with fifths in the left hand bass notes. I’m no expert, just trying to learn, so I’m curious if anyone else knows. Thanks for posting this!
Hi Robbie , In the bridge where would you play the higher octave G chord ...Well I fought in some bars...( the second guitar over the low G). I was trying different G chords but the one I came up with is just weird. Want your opinion please . Excellent video
There, I would play capo 7th fret D chord position with open 1st string (Pick 4th String, 3rd then 1st) then A Position, Then E.... Not sure if that's what you are looking for
1:39 Intro- Bm G D A _(same as ‘strum pattern’ example)_ 4:29 Verse- G D G A _x2_ 5:25 Chorus- Bm G D A _x3_ -> Bm A G A 7:02 Bridge- GG D A _x2_ _(hold 2nd A full measure)_ 7:30 Full Song *Note- This song is slow so the actual chord changes have more space than you think. Any fast licks he plays are just added notes to the chord he is already on, not a change to a new chord. Make this your own. Morgan Wallen did.
@@brandonstrobel1365 thank you. is the picking for G D and A the same as the beginning? i know the B is a little different i just don’t know about the rest
He’s picking 5-4-2-3-4 in a quarter-eighth-quarter-eighth-quarter pattern. Think “duhhh-da-duhhh-da-duhhh.” He did add a little embellishment in one chord, but you can ignore that.
Another great job !!!
Robbie! My man, thank you. I didn't know he redid this song, my wife is going to love it.
Thank you so much for doing this one, It was very easy to learn because of you!!!

Great review, almost have it mastered, thanks!
Robbie’s the best out there 🤘🏼
Thanks for the videos! What's the advantage to picking the B string with your finger? Do you recommend learning it that way?
It just gives a different sound and you can do it any way you like. I prefer to pick strings with my fingers sometimes.
thanks
Thanks again for a great tutorial!

BROOOOO YOU ARE a G!!!!!!!!
Ps leave it to Morgan wallan to remake one of he’s own songs years later to be number one on the charts. WTF
Pretty sure it was a “Taylor’s version” situation, and his label was screwing him out of the proceeds from the original release. Not sure tho

Ultimate Guitar has them now, but I’ll put ‘em in a comment time stamped to video.

Thanks Robbie! Do you need to change the way you play when you go drop D tuning?
You'll have to play the G chord differently is all and you can play all the strings or use the 6th string as the bass note when you play the D Chord
Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!
You're welcome!

@@LearnGuitarFavorites well thank you sir
really confused on how ur playing the chorus. u explained one note and didn’t show how to do the other notes
yea a little confusing but he's just doing the chords he said in the beginning. B minor then G then D then A

I just went to a different tutorial for the chorus

7:34 full tutorial from top to bottom
If someone has to explain how to make a G chord, maybe it's not the time to be learning intros.... all I'm sayin'
If someone asked then your comment would be valid. But no one did. Let people learn what they want.
