Thanks for sharing such a delicious snack dish. I made it for the whole family and they all loved it. I also used rice flour in the potato mix which made it crispier. Finally, when I had spare daal mix left (because I couldn’t get the quantity of the ingredients or the size of patties right), I made patties out of them and shallow fried them. They were delicious too. Thanks.
