Hello. I'm glad you liked the video! I use plenty of instances of Proxmox but i also use Virtualbox where that is the best fit. I have Virtualbox on my laptop and windows machine. Proxmox is installed instead of Windows or other operating systems and it brings alot of stability even to older machines. The only "GUI" you get with proxmox is the webpage så it is not a good fit for a laptop you will bring with you, but rather a machine you will connect to from your laptop. I am a bit tired so it might not be the best of explanations but i plan on making a video series where i will set up a Proxmox machine or two and do some networking. Might just take some time to get to it.

Ok, so I have not been able to test this myself yet, but what you can try is heading over to downloads.openwrt.org/releases/22.03.2/targets/x86/64/ and download the file named generic-ext4-combined.img.gz this will then need to be extracted and imported into Proxmox. For configuration of the VM and network in Proxmox, you can follow my pfSense setup. I will try it myself when I get the time, so tell me if you are unsure about it or run into problems.
@@antoniomax3163 That may be in the future, but you wil be able to follow the openwrt guide and just download the DD-wrt file instead if you wish to do it earlyer. OpenWrt is the one I am working on now.

Hello! So far setup of OpenWrt is one of 3 videos i have recorded and created a thumbnail for. Next up is voice over and editing.
