Diablo 4 Leveling a new Bone spear Necromancer in Season of Construct Part 2

Last time I stopped at level 15. In this video I start with Guulrahn Slums to get Splintering aspect which is critical for the Bone spear build. Then I continue with seasonal quests to get further in the story.
As usual, I try to keep it to normal gameplay with no commentary in the video.
