When I first smelled Extremely Vanille, I was definitely underwhelmed and it was very light. After maybe a couple of weeks I came back to it and it became a lot more potent and for me, I don't smell any of the fruits or anything like that either but what I do smell is a butter note and I think I'm alone in this because nobody else seems to think so lol. I actually really love it though so I'm okay with it. I just recently got a bottle of accidental Vanille in a swap and I feel like they are super similar that same buttery note but AV until now has maintained being lighter than extremely Vanille
Yes, I agree! AV was soo light! I had AV for about 2 months and still had trouble smelling anything. I let Extremely Vanille sit for a week and I can smell more now but it wasn't enough for me to keep. I feel like it would end up being a layering fragrance and I already have White Milk for that.
I know exactly what you mean by the perfumy smell and also struggle with any other way to describe it! For me, it’s like no discernible notes- just maybe something generic. It could be floral, musks, patchouli. I get it a lot with recent designer house perfumes like My Way and Paradoxe.

You should try DUA Lokum. It’s a nice gourmand rose fragrance

It took a while for my oh baby to pull strawberry, then I emptied that bottle so fast 😂 I keep missing the restocks

Yeah, I really wanted to like it but the fruits are lost in the alcohol notes for me
