I really like this design on the outside! That high pitch roof on the porch, beautiful stone fireplace love this one has a double garage as that’s something I would need! Gorgeous design! Love your channel!❤
The house has curb appeal, and I did expect something grand when I stepped inside. Unfortunately, noplace to put my coat, noplace to sit and remove my wet shoes. The living room and dining furniture look lost in that soaring space and sea of flooring. It's certainly very open plan! Two bedrooms have ensuites, but the kids must troop through the living room to get to their bathroom. Every room opens directly into the Great Room, and I wonder if that's a good idea.I have mixed feelings about this place.
Why, oh why does the front door open directly into the living room? There is nowhere to sit to remove wet foorwear wnr nowhere to put a rain coat or umbrella to dry. Jyst as annoying, every foot that steps into the house is directly onto the living room floor. That floor will not last and it will be a bugger to keep it looking decent. It is also not a welcoming entrance. A good entrance includes an outer hall or vestibule, a comparatively low ceilinged room for getting people into the house. That can open into a beautiful great room like this, into a formal living room, or ideally into a reception hall, so the space opens gradually, building the anticipation as guests come further into the hone. The reception hall can double as a stair hall, which adds to the grandeur of the home. In the kitchen, why 2 sinks and why only 3 burners onthe stove top? You have space for a really lovely 6 or 8 burner range with 2 ovens. The laundry room needs a deep utility sink, not a small, shallow vanity sink. In a house this size and opulence I cannot deal with open plan. Serving a formal dinner with the kitchen on display is a great turn off. No matter what you do, serving a 5 course meal leaves the kitchen a mess unless you make your guests wait between courses while you clean up. Hardly conducive.

Nice. I prefer a raised hearth fireplace, and double sinks in the bathroom. Nice design.
Уют❤
The sink seems to be backwards, hate the cooktop/oven located on a angle 🤔
Beautiful home I don't agree with the blackspah though

I love the house. I don't like furnishings or the way you decorated it.

That's also a good idea. Thank you for your feedback.
Cannot understand, why you would choose grey with brown!? The floor tiles will date so rapidly. Classic is timeless. Very disappointing decor!
