Do not join such institute to learn Vedant. He said whether or not one meet God in his life time suggests that he has wrong understanding of Vedanta. I personally feel that very little understanding vedanta can come by joining any lecture on Vedanta.

Ram Ram. What he perhaps means by 'whether or not one meet God' is whether he realises his own 'Self' or Brahman.
