The best advice is please hire a registered lawyer from the same country you applied and got a refusal, pay him to write the appeal letter for you, don't even try to write it your self, they won't read it if is not in a specific format so draft your reasons, give it to the lawyer to make official appeal letter. Each reason must be augmented

Love this video, watching now and then. Yes, I have recently been rejected by the Swedish embassy in Bangladesh although I applied for Slovenian Business Visa. It was really weird the reasons behind my visa rejection. I submitted two guarantee letters from two companies in Slovenia. Both companies guarantee and mention where I am going to stay in their guarantee letters. However, I didn't add any hotel booking, that is what embassy made one of the reasons of rejection. The embassy also says my statement doesn't prove what I am going to do there! This is completely weird as they came to a conclusion without checking my cover letter and other relevant documents properly. I am going to appeal to reconsider my application. Until now I am still waiting for the result, would it be possible to apply for a new tourist visa? and how long does the Letter of Appeal take?
