Thank you Marianne! I've tried speaking and not speaking in the past and sadly most people didn't like me talking during the ASMR. However I've been thinking about doing a request video where I would fulfill multiple requests for people and this seems like a request that fits perfectly in there. 🤗

Thank you Divas! Welcome to the Sleepyheads! Yes it's very simple, I use Sony Vegas 14 and I use the Multi Tap Delay for the echo sounds. You just have to play with the setup a little bit and I'm sure you can get amazing results yourself!
