@@versatilelord8893 Yeah it is 💀. The only way Lars has access to the move is through DEN (F+3) which based on T7 frame data is 14 frames on startup. Add that to the actual move's (DEN3) start up frame which is 23 and it takes 37 frames to start up. You can find the framedata on rbnorway in T7 DEN3 took 42 frames to execute. In reality it can be more because you have to fully execute DEN to cover the distance, but I only took the frames needed to start it up. Theoretically if any character pressed their super armor move at the same time Lars tried to execute a DEN move they would win every exchange, because his fastest DEN move (DEN1) takes 26 frames to startup. What I see in Blue ranks is that people mid jab whenever they see me DEN or worse Yoshi's will use flash (8 frames on startup) and launch me into a combo
i haven’t actually tested this out, but it might be possible to dodge jun’s heat smash and it sounds really fun: sidestep the first blast, avalanche flip over the second and CRUSH them
Avalanche flip is how i accidentally escaped it. The wife is a Jun main. And I'll admit that she has won over Lars a few times. Juns heat art is not easy to spot imo. I get caught with it more times than it should.😂
The thing is that move shuts down neutral. When Jun is in heat you can't do anything if she sees you move your eating that blast of bullshit. It's also fast asf it's 13 frames!
@@NikosWorld123 i’m speaking from my own experience, some jun players are predictable… they usually throw it out after a heat burst or after they block one of your moves. i’m only in raijin (lars), so it’s probably a different story in higher levels of play. i like sidestepping randomly in neutral, so i usually find myself stepping her heat smash more often than not. i can definitely see why it wouldn’t work at higher levels though
Man, i really hate how Drag's low kick doesn't even LOOK like he's aiming low (the wind up before the kick). If you pause at the right time it will look like he's aiming on your head.
I find it hilarious that everyone is complaining so much about Lars recent buff but not the other characters that have been shown in this vid. Gotta love the unfairness lmao
Hey brotha, Lars main here and avid enjoyer of your content! This is my first serious Tekken game and recently got my Lars to purple rank. I’d say my fundamentals are decent and my Lars is overall decent but I’m starting to lose to knowledge checks and have been hardstuck in purple for awhile. Is there any chance you can go over or give us tips and an overview on how to properly lab different matchups? I utilize the punishment training against different characters but I feel as if it doesn’t help me that much. Thanks!
Db3+4 broke Dragunov. Should not be +7, should not hit grounded. If they wanna give him a power low like that, make it kinda like Bryans, make it +4 and -14 for example.
what happens if I beat NIKKO in a money match of 1000 dollars would that boost me up in the world of Tekken Legends if I go to EVO Japan and beat Arlash Ash and win GF of EVO JAPAN will I gain best player in the world ? I am the most powerful Lars main here in the South
yoshi's flash is lars' kryptonite
And Lars only gets one buff, it's the end of the world.

On a move that's 30 frames to start up, I hate how nobody mentions that 💀
@@azureflow9972is it really 30 frames on start up tho? Lol

Bro really says fuck those yoshi players
😭😭
It's bc they completely fuck up Lars offense and stance transitions lol
@@irohofthewest6294 yoshi flash fucks offense in general

Yoshi and Xiayou couldn’t be more accurate
