- Our new Casual Themed Deck gameplay is all about THE LION KING and MULAN. With the release of Set 4, Ursula's Return, these two themes got additional cards, allowing us to make a concise and exciting deck around these synergies. These are a very fun, casual and somewhat budget theme decks.

@@InkbornHeroesexcellent to hear. I love these kind of random decks ones. I’d love to see “competitive” budget decks matches. But also, the meta decks playing each other. I know these decks are expensive but my gf and I proxy them. I know I wouldn’t mind seeing you use proxies 😄

I know this may be asking a lot but would love to see these videos be a best 2 out of 3, mainly because I want more content haha but would love to see the lion king deck try again, definitely some cool combos in there! But as always, fantastic content!
Thank you so much for the comment! In the past we had Best of 3 for our gameplay videos, but we noticed that the majority of viewers were dropping off mid-video because it got too long. But maybe there’s more appetite nowadays. We will try again. We could perhaps start with matches of 2 and see how people reacts to that.
There’s still two new videos that we already recorded and will post in the coming weeks. These are unfortunately just one round. But after that, we will experiment with best of 2 for sure. Thanks for the suggestion.
In case you are interested, I modified Milan Deck a little. I know a couple aren’t themed here, but seemed a better value (like trading out the lands for lands. Thebes was my second choice) I also cut some cards back to fit other on themed cards.

I think what you have is quite cool in your own way, and definitely improves some of the synergies. Did you have fun playing with this deck?
For our themed deck videos, however, when there’s opportunity to fully stick to a single theme, we try our best to do so, even if there are other cards that provides a better game.
I’m glad I’ve gotten to see someone use Mulan I was confused on if I attack a unit with only 1 willpower if I could only do that much dmg or if it is equal to her attack

There are clear matte card sleeves available. I got some at my LGS. 😊
We might give it a go! Just need the chance to try them out and see if the card image will still look crystal clear on camera. At the moment we are prioritizing how it looks for the video! ^^
To beat the glare on camera I find the dragon shield non glare black sleeves perform really well if you want to give them a go

I only have the deep trouble decks and the ursula starter decks, I enjoy the game very much but I struggle against her even on hard :)

I play an amber ruby Mulan deck that’s actually really good.
I hope there’s was little more variance in the meta the more sets release! Tired of playing against the same stuff haha
Ruby Amber is spicy indeed! We're definitely hoping for more variety too! Playing these themed decks definitely give us a break from the more serious, competitive decks for sure
They do make matt sleeves, if that might help.
Yeah, we are considering grabbing some. But with our current lighting it would still not look as vibrant on screen. But it’s ok, we are being careful with our cards when recording these! ^^ Thanks!
they should release an online client for this game already, no pixelborn
100% agreed!! I love IRL play, but when no stores are open or you ain't got time on a weeknight for travel, you can still practice online at home
We loved Pixelborn for the ease of playing. It's simply not possible to get that same volume of matches in with physical cards. Although we do love playing physically too. Fingers crossed for the official client soon.

Hey there! Thanks for the comment. We already have done a villain themed deck, it was the Princesses vs. Villains gameplay video. Please check it out! We even used Hades synergy on that. Otherwise, we can make more as well if you have some additional suggestions.

Mostly just casual and fun, I have no desire (or time) to try and do large tournaments 😂
