Im east african and im considered pretty, feminine and beautiful and i used to be darkskin growing up and the only type of black girls that always bullied me and gave me a hard time were always darkskin girls specifically Nigerians 🇳🇬and Ghanaian🇬🇭 girls . I knew it was jealousy because other races and skin tones always told me i was beaitiful and i pull niggas everyday. I also noticed my pretty friends would always get targeted by darkskin girls too I don't think its fair as a content creator to paint a narrative that all darkskin girls are victims and they the only ones that get bullied because that's not how it is here in the Uk. This is the result of the parents, a lot of them would say ignorant things like; “I got me a white baby or come inside before you get dark.” Saying these things and treating the lighter child better than the other makes the child feel superior towards darker skin people. So please heal yourself, understand we are all beautiful and equal trying to fight a much bigger battle. Also, please raise your children to love and respect each other, because all shades are beautiful.
