inside these animmontages it doesn't for some reason, I really hope epic gets on adding that soon. it seems way less useful without being able to blend between animations... however in the animation sequencer (where you would make cinematics and such) you can easy blend between animation clips no rpbolem, which is why i'm confused why animation montages dont do that the same way...
It has a dedicated asset type, called the blendspace, you can blend several anims there, based on alpha values. Used mostly in state machines, I wonder if you can drop on of them on the montage timeline.
