Great tips and ideas, just subscribed so looking forward to watching all your videos. Here in New Zealand Halloween is a one day thing so pretty much set up and tear down on the same day.

Yah, that makes it tough. Then you are exhausted from cramming it all in. My track is in the backyard so I can spend a month setting up and then tear it down over a few weekends. Glad you subscribed!

Great tips, thanks for sharing. This and your other videos have given me a lot to think about for my next haunt (which is only 22 days away!!). Loved the tips related to caring for your actors, something I realised I neglected last year (you don't know what you don't know).

Thanks Mark! Glad you found some tips you could use. My focus is on Halloween and getting my haunt complete for this year and then I’ll crank out some more videos!!

Should I have signs up where it might change level

That's a good question. It definitely wouldn't hurt. When possible, I try to spray paint in bright yellow anything that could be a tripping hazard or something people might bump into.
