    So Saskatchewan directly invited you to apply for permanent residency because of the occupation in demand? You did not apply through the expression of interest at all because your points would be low due to age? Would love to hear back from you!

    • @malzvlogs
      @malzvlogs  ปีที่แล้ว

      My points for SINP is good as I studied in Sask and I am also working here. My current occupation, is in the demand list in Sask, and they invited me in the category "occupation in demand."
      However, I couldn't submit my application for that since I couldn't show proof of funds.
      My CRS score for EE is very low and hence can't apply for that.
      I have currently applied under students' stream SINP after receiving a job approval letter from my employer.
      I understand it is confusing. If you have further doubts, please feel free to reach out on Instagram

      @@malzvlogs Some things I'd like you to clarify here: 1.By points you mean the points for EOI, correct?
      2.Did you submit an EOI BEFORE they reached out to you for an invitation to apply, or did they directly invite you to apply without even having to submit an EOI to the province?
      Thanks very much for doing us a favor! 🙏

    • @malzvlogs
      @malzvlogs  ปีที่แล้ว

      You should have your SINP portal active with all details filled up. This means that you are showing your EOI.
      Only if you have an active SINP profile will they include you in the draw. I had around 71-72 points, and I think the cut-off for that draw was 69

    • @RoshanKarthikRajesh
      @RoshanKarthikRajesh ปีที่แล้ว

      @@malzvlogsOh, alright, thanks for the clarification! One more thing: We do not need to have an EOI for the student stream right, we just need to have graduated from an eligible DLI and have worked for at least 6 months with a JAL from an eligible SK employer (we still need a full time offer letter afterwards correct?) ?

    • @malzvlogs
      @malzvlogs  ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Are you certain that pof was needed? Most IRCC programs waive pof if you already reside in Canada, have a valid work permit and job/job offer. Because it is settlement funds and you’ve already successfully settled in the country. Did you speak with a consultant or immigration attorney about it?

    I am a student in Ontario, age 35. To be honest, I got the confidence of coming to Canada on student visa at this age ,only after watching your videos. Now, I realize that , instead of coming to Ontario, I should have chosen some other province. I was just wondering if it is a good idea to move to Saskatchewan after my studies. Really very informative video as like your other videos, I would like to ask couple of doubts.
    1. Can we keep active our SINP profile with our Indian experience, education and Canadian degree even though our my employer also processing with SINP approved job offer. And it doesn't mean I am on 2 boats!
    2. Do we need POF at the time of EOI or ITA and how much time we have to apply after getting ITA.
    Thank you☺

    • @malzvlogs

      You can keep it active from india, but it is better to update all the details as and when.
      You need to submit within 90 days, I guess, and therefore, you need to have POF when you get the invite so that you can show you had it for 3 months.
