I like this guy's feel but these guy's aren't explaining the chord progressions properly most of the guys aren't theory based so the explanations are slang verbiage vernacular bring on some guys who theory literate...
To be honest, there are so many substitutions, secondary, and tertirary dominants, relative minors, etc., that a true theoretical explanation might not make sense in this medium. Most college level theory classes, excluding music central schools like Berkeley, are not even doing music this complex in theory classes. Guys like David are just natural prodigies, and for most subscribers, this is going to be the vernacular that they'll hear and use on a gig.
