My name is Helen, I am 58 and my channel is all things my life. 💕 My main focus right now is my weight loss journey but I also include other content such as my wonderful husband and family, our rescue cat Whiskey, Renovating our 1970's Bungalow, trips, grocery and shopping hauls, day in the life, meal prep, what I eat, taste tests, traveling, unboxing, decorating, self care or just chit chat.
My husband Fred have been married 35 years & together for 41 and have 2 daughters Laura and Jessica. We live in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada 🇨🇦
