The whole wattpad y/n “I’m not like other girls” trope was so painfully obvious and it cringed me so hard how she kept getting everything she wanted so easily despite being such a rude employee 💀 but no that jus made her “special” anyway i thought i was just being a bully but so glad im not the only one feeling like this.
I am so happy someone else felt this way. Honestly I wanted to love it! Especially being a travel agent specializing in Disney destinations I thought this would be right up my alley. But this book was paaainful to read!! Every once in a while cute moments would happen and I was like ok let’s turn this book around and then it would just fall flat. I can fly through a 600+ page book in a few days, and this book took me weeks. I was truly shocked so many people loved it, to the point I was searching out booktubers who usually have the same opinion as me on books and they loved it, I was just like - whaaaat? I DO NOT GET IT?! the only thing it’s good for is the beautiful cover displayed on my book shelf lol
You seem to have very similar reading tastes as I do so some suggestions for you that I recently read and loved that I’d think you’d really like (if you haven’t already read them) are: Don’t Kiss the Bride -> forced proximity, friends to lovers which I usually am not a huge fan of but this one was so good!! The other is Still Beating -> hate to love, dark though but since you like Devils Night series I don’t think it’s too dark for you, it was such a great read. Both books I was into right from the beginning and I flew through them!
OMG THANK YOU. I could not stand this book at all. The guy was overly rude and cringey for no reason right from the beginning (and not even in a cute way) and the girl was made me cringe SO hard. I also hated how the guy kept making sexual comments about the girl every two seconds. Like sir, you just met. Also, I could not get past the text conversations like YIKES. I heard so many great things about this book and how it was a lot of ppl's fav books but I ended up DNFing after 100 pages which imo is far enough into the book for me to judge it.
i totally agree!! my biggest problem was actually Rowan's character, but the dialogue in general was terrible. i was being generous giving it 3 stars but i need to bump it down now lol

After reading so many now (cuz I’ve been obsessed 👀), especially after reading the devils night series, I can see ur view point. I think if I read this book after reading others that I loved I think I would not care for the story. I completely forgot I even read this and had to check wth it was about, that does not happen to me😂.

Sorry, I know I'm too late in the game and this video is 2 years old but like, I am not into reading books until recently. I liked Romance novels so I bought the whole series in a heartbeat. But oh boy! Am I disappointed. I started reading Fine Print in May 2023. I just finished it last night! 🤣because OMG!! 8:16 you pointed out what turned me off about this book and started lazy reading it. Reason why it took me a long break to get back to it! 🤣I mean, seriously? Not in my wildest dream I'll have that kind of conversation with my boss even if we're comfortable with each other. They have not even had any decent interactions to begin with for her to be comfortable in saying those sh*tty lines! 🤣I don't like Zara's character. She's off-putting! The review that I left in Goodreads is that, it lacks the touch of reality! Also the twists and turns and them being broken, trying to heal together felt like out of place! I read books with similar kind of trauma and what not but it was written in a way that it truly connects both characters. Here, it's like, it's all over the place. It certainly lacks depth. I don't know maybe I just had high expectations!🤣

While watching your video,I can see your frustration and I can feel you totally like I also don't know how to express what went wrong.I was so excited after first few chapters that ok I can see more of these things and then boom...the spice...I mean I thought that the girl will not go that fast into doing stuff as her character was.but then she was something else .And rowan when he told about his past I didn't connect because I didn't like how Zahra reacted like now ok we'll have sex. It fizzled out in between before their NY trip. And so predictable. I LOVED LAUREN ASHERS DIRTY AIR SERIES SO I HAD GREAAATTT EXPECTATIONS BECAUSE THAT SERIES IS ONE OF THE BEST ✨ but fine print was just too plain. Didn't even feel like her writing honestly.

You know... when i saw the thumbnail of this video, i instantly hated you for hating on my newest favorite book. I just finished it and because of this book I developed a love for office romance. But I still watched it and girl, everything you said was on point and I didn't see it while reading it because I was so into the plot. I like the idea of the texting thing, brings me back to when I was in junior high when, texting thing happened to me as well. I think the only problem I saw in this book was Rowan thinking of how her lips would look like while wrapped around ho schlong. I was like dude it's too early for such thoughts. Hi! I am a new subscriber (I found you recently from your ACOTAR reading vlog, which helped me get through my ACOTAR series hangover), and I am now making my way through your videos. I did REALLY love The Fine Print and Terms and Conditions even more, but I think for me it was because it was so happy and I was wanting something that wouldn’t emotionally damage me too much lol plus the books covers are so cute! I totally get that it is super cringey but I think I went in reading the first book with no expectations and luckily I really like it. I am hoping the Dirty Air Series is similarly happy and gushy cuz sometimes you just need that kind of read! But I think Terms and Conditions is better than The Fine Print. I think Iris is such a cool character and I really liked the second story a lot more. I hope you do read the second one and let us know your thoughts! P.S. I love your Book Reviews with the spoilers at the second half of the videos because it’s like we’re discussing the book after reading it haha
I'm at 80% in this book and I just had to look up rant reviews because I can't believe how popular this is. This romance is so toxic and makes me want to throw up and the shit in the hospital was majorly triggering for me. How is this supposed to be romantic?
It really bothered me that the author felt that Zahra had to giggle like a lobotomised dummy for no reason ALL THE TIME. She was a spineless loser and the ultimate cringefest for all womanhood ever. And I am all for serendipitous moments, but the author really really REALLY felt the need to tie everything together from beginning to end. Read this one if you want to barf from practically page 5 onwards.

While watching your video,I can see your frustration and I can feel you totally like I also don't know how to express what went wrong.I was so excited after first few chapters that ok I can see more of these things and then boom...the spice...I mean I thought that the girl will not go that fast into doing stuff as her character was.but then she was something else .And rowan when he told about his past I didn't connect because I didn't like how Zahra reacted like now ok we'll have sex. There are so many things that made me frustrated and IDK how to say those things.And it's very hard for me to DNFing.I read Marriage for One before this and that was so good and I didn't want that book to end.To overcome the overwhelming I was feeling I started this and girl I am not in a very good mood while writing this that's why I searched for a review to see if I am the only one feeling like this about this book but there are only 100 pages left now I can't stop here it's very hard😭.And Rowan didn't do anything for the employees in the Dreamland till now only did some cute things for Zahra that also didn't feel good to me like ohh he is so good.And Zahra is attracted to him like girl what about your kindness and having a good heart .At first I thought that there will be a character development for sure for Rowan but not until now I didn't see enough of Dreamland maybe in the last 100 pages hope for the best...but until now I am disappointed ...there is so much more to say but i don't know how to put it into words

It fizzled out in between before their NY trip. And so predictable. I LOVED LAUREN ASHERS DIRTY AIR SERIES SO I HAD GREAAATTT EXPECTATIONS BECAUSE THAT SERIES IS ONE OF THE BEST ✨ but fine print was just too plain. Didn't even feel like her writing honestly.
Oh yesss! I totally forgot the Dirty Air series is also by her. I’ve heard so many good things about that one. Will definitely still have to check it out!

@@nikkisbooknook I totally understand because the way that you (and everyone) described the main characters on the first book made me nervous to give the second book a chance (I hate childish main characters).Still, I really enjoyed it and can’t get it out of my mind. It has arranged marriage/fake dating, enemies to lovers on the workplace and it had me marking some cute quotes.

You know... when i saw the thumbnail of this video, i instantly hated you for hating on my newest favorite book. I just finished it and because of this book I developed a love for office romance. But I still watched it and girl, everything you said was on point and I didn't see it while reading it because I was so into the plot. I like the idea of the texting thing, brings me back to when I was in junior high when, texting thing happened to me as well. I think the only problem I saw in this book was Rowan thinking of how her lips would look like while wrapped around ho schlong. I was like dude it's too early for such thoughts. Do guys really think that way? I may need to ask some of my dude friends. Lol

Hi! I am a new subscriber (I found you recently from your ACOTAR reading vlog, which helped me get through my ACOTAR series hangover), and I am now making my way through your videos. I did REALLY love The Fine Print and Terms and Conditions even more, but I think for me it was because it was so happy and I was wanting something that wouldn’t emotionally damage me too much lol plus the books covers are so cute! I totally get that it is super cringey but I think I went in reading the first book with no expectations and luckily I really like it. I am hoping the Dirty Air Series is similarly happy and gushy cuz sometimes you just need that kind of read! But I think Terms and Conditions is better than The Fine Print. I think Iris is such a cool character and I really liked the second story a lot more. I hope you do read the second one and let us know your thoughts! P.S. I love your Book Reviews with the spoilers at the second half of the videos because it’s like we’re discussing the book after reading it haha

I'm at 80% in this book and I just had to look up rant reviews because I can't believe how popular this is. This romance is so toxic and makes me want to throw up and the shit in the hospital was majorly triggering for me. How is this supposed to be romantic?
It really bothered me that the author felt that Zahra had to giggle like a lobotomised dummy for no reason ALL THE TIME. She was a spineless loser and the ultimate cringefest for all womanhood ever. And I am all for serendipitous moments, but the author really really REALLY felt the need to tie everything together from beginning to end. Read this one if you want to barf from practically page 5 onwards.

Money wasted .. not buying any more of the books from this series . Please do yourself a favor & DO NOT buy this book :) IT'S AS CRINGY AS " PEOPLE WE MEET ON VACATION "
