Terrific and very helpful vid! Do you think there's room for 2 beads? Any advantage in terms of security and waterproofing for 2 beds?

Yes and Yes! You may run into difficulty fitting two beads around the front/top due to limited exposed metal, but it certainly would help in my opinion although one bead is still recommended by the manufacturer so take this with a grain of salt. Many builders we work with actually recommend putting the bead on the van rather than on the window itself to ensure the trim-lock is not interfering with the adhesion.

Hi, great video, what width size trim lock do you use, as it has to span the inner and outer skin??

Great question! We use trim lock for thickness 0.135" -0.250" for sprinter window installs, although it is important to note that different makes require different lock thicknesses.
