Yes there absolutely is.
Good work keeping up your gym routine on vacation. We have a lot of great facilities in Niagara Falls when you make it here.

Squat, bench press, Deadlift possible?
Yup they have all of that there. They got some new equipment as well I will be going back in February.
What? Never ever have i been told i could not work out unless i bought a full membership in either Bangkok or Pattaya. And i mustv been to atleast 20 different ones over the past 12 years.. They ALL hand out day passes or week passes.
I guess at the time of this video thats exactly what they told me.
Do they sauna / steam room facilities?
Yes they do from what I remember.
Strange most gyms here let you pay daily

Yes vacation is when I use the gym the most since we are so busy!

His name is Jon he lives in Pattaya. I just met him there at the gym while I was doing the video!
