Not in 7 minutes and bovine Scatt. A General Officer with a goatee and 5 rows of ribbons. No officer would have more than a mustache. Even the WW1 officers in WW2 ended up with only three row or possibly four.

Everybody had brand-new equipment and uniforms who makes these movies not a good one
