It amazes me that this plane was made in part by the same company as the mail truck used by the USPS, and at the same time too. They made one of the most advanced aircraft in the world at the same time that they made one of the most pathetic vehicles currently on the road

Xenial Xerus because the F117 was meant for newer systems. Yugoslavia had older radar systems the F117 was not meant for.
