after donnie was connected to the ship, it may have left something in him
and when krang tried to grab leo back with him
donnie uses his bo staff and turned it into a drill and aim it on krangs elbow, technically amputating the robots arm
while leo had finally escaped from the prison demension krangs arm somehow manages to escape along with it
donnie coundlt find out why he finds the krang arm very interesting despite all the trauma it gave them
a week later, donnie tried to recreate a arm like weapon only to be an acces for krang one to mind control him
also mikeys there and hes spilling the tea to raph
leo is still in medbay

as someone who hasn't been able to stop thinking about that WatchMojo thumbnail for the past week, that ending absolutely killed me. had to replay the video just to be sure I didn't imagine it. (and sick art and AU, of course! the expressions on Donnie were really good, Krang's villainous grin suits him well)
