My wife and I were fans of the Slough jets ice hockey team. They used to do a fund raising night for charity were they waited on tables in a local restaurant. It was great for the fans and amazing for struggling businesses and also great for the local charities. 1 evening out of your busy life can touch so many more lives.

1분25초 저 장면은 진짜 쉬우면서 중요한거에요 뇌진탕 또는 사람이 쓰러지면 혀가 말려들어가면서 기도를 막게되는데 재빨리 꺼내줘야합니다. 소중한사람이 쓰러지면 스피커폰으로 빨리 119에 전화후 응급처치로 혀가 기도를 막진않았는지 숨은 쉬는지 흔들어보고 바로 cpr 가슴압박 해주시면됩니다 요즘은 2차피해 감염 우려로 인공호흡은 하지 않습니다만 피해자 입안에 지저분한게 없고 무호흡이라면 해주시는게 좋습니다.
