For #7, you can construct this in many ways... However, we made it so the chest and waist boxes are hinged on the inside FRONT and not attached otherwise on the side or back, so it essentially folds open. You step into the bottom half, then fold and pull on/up the top while sliding in arms…. it helps to have someone pull it up and on for you.

My Halloween costume is gonna be a Psycho Killer, with a plain white shirt, blue kitchen apron, any colour trackies (I still don't know), a cardboard chainsaw with red paint on it, a hook taped to my other hand with fake blood on the end and a bunch of red paint all over me. I have a life-sized plastic skeleton (well, 5') that I bought a few years ago. Each Halloween, I place it in a chair on the porch and tie fishing line to the right arm, then run it up through a screw-eye in the ceiling and down behind the inside door. As the kids walk up onto the porch, I pull the cord and the arm goes up. It's nothing elaborate, but it startles people because it's so obviously fake that they don't expect it to move.
Before I got the skeleton, I used to make a dummy by stuffing some clothes and putting a plastic skull on top, then doing the same thing with the arm.
I made it wave to one mother as she was leaving with her toddler daughter. Mom encouraged the daughter to look, so I raised the arm again. The little girl screamed and went running down my front walk. Another time I raised the arm to scare an older girl, her little brother saw it, screamed and started crying. I apologized to the parents, but they just laughed it off.
Most of the kids like it and some even shake hands with the skeleton. :)
