This is the wrong method for the middle slot cut. Are given the 45 degree of slot angle.But why you are assuming the slot length 15 mm

Instead of distance 15 mm take 18.56 and WRAP the sketch up to outer 60 mm diameter surface,after that use trim to remove material.
