The Ancient Aliens stuff is harmful because it perpetuates an idea that non-European civilizations were inferior and therefore could not have possibly built their own pyramids. BUT it's always the same tight-knit group of people pushing those theories. And they have links to unsavory people. So that could be a conspiracy video--the people behind the Ancient Aliens myth.
