My father was one. It was weird. Despite me being a women, as a kid, my father took me to many lodges. I never thought any of it. However, when they started their rituals (which I wasn’t aware they did), they’d kicked me out to go play somewhere else, but let my brother stay (because they were exclusive to women in particularly). My dad finally dropped out, thankfully. But the memories still linger of odd handshakes, that symbol, symbolic art in my mind.
